We worked hard to uncover the special offering to help Hinch Knows define their brand and create a feeling that can grow with the business goals and vision, and still reflects the care and intention put into each client interaction.
Everything I Been Through
Last year, as a teaching artist for 826NYC, Emily went into a school for kids in detention to help them write personal narrative stories. She told them that everyone else would try to write their stories, lawyers, social workers, police officers, but that this was their opportunity to tell their stories to the world in their own words, to define themselves.
Today we learned that the resulting book, Everything I Been Through, by Passage Academy Students has been selected for the Top 10 Nonfiction Novel for the 2021 In the Margins Book Award List! We're over the moon excited and proud of those kids.
Cover Design for Learning to Disclose
We had the exciting opportunity to work with Dr. Joni and Rebecca Schwartz to create a cover for their auto-ethnography Learning to Disclose: A Journey of Transracial Adoption. It was a pleasure working with them and bringing the vision for their book to life.
